Hi! I'm Lisa!

Jumping right in with a statement of my core values ~ I make honest, transparent choices that do right by people and outcomes, even when no one is watching. I speak clearly, listen fully and encourage respectful dialogue so everyone feels heard and understood. I believe success is amplified when we uplift, share, and grow together. Our wins are never solo. I lead by example, mentor generously and create meaningful ripple effects in our communities and industries. I treat everyone: clients, peers, and ourselves with genuine care, patience and compassion. I embrace creativity, unique expression and authenticity in how I show up and share my work. I protect balance, honor boundaries and design my work to sustain joy and wellness for everyone involved.

A few fun facts that I wish for you to either be inspired by or drawn to. My family is my purpose in everything I do. Beyond that is living life to have some fun, traveling the globe, attending concerts, trying out new restaurants and making someone's day. I've been told that I have an unusual balance of thinking both creativly and systematically. I actually love listening deeply, then analyzing and then reacting with support, empathy or solutions, whichever a person is in need of.
