My Story

Hi! I'm Lisa! Jumping right in with a statement of my core values. I make honest, transparent choices that do right by people and outcomes, even when no one is watching. I speak clearly, listen fully and encourage respectful dialogue so everyone feels heard and understood. I believe success is amplified when we uplift, share, and grow together. Our wins are never solo. I lead by example, mentor generously and create meaningful ripple effects in our communities and industy. I treat everyone: clients, peers, and ourselves with genuine care, patience and compassion. I embrace creativity, unique expression and authenticity in how I show up and share my work. I protect balance, honor boundaries and design my work to sustain joy and wellness for everyone involved.

A few fun facts that I wish for you to either be inspired by or drawn to. My family is my purpose in everything I do. Beyond that is living life to have some fun, traveling the globe, attending concerts, trying out new restaurants and making someone's day. I've been told that I have an unusual balance of thinking both creativly and systematically. I actually love listening deeply, then analyzing and then reacting with support, empathy or solutions, whichever a person is in need of.

I want you to know that I see you! Overwhelmed, possibly behind on your business tasks and doing all the things instead of just focusing on your skill! Sometimes maybe even miserable because you are trying to be the Creative at the same time be the CEO! If you've read this far then I know I see your light dimming, your struggle with life balance and your wish for ease and fullfillment!
